Event details

There's a few tweaks to be made to the flyers and acts to be added and in right orders etc. The Great Skinhead Reunion Brighton 2023 was founded in 2011 when there were barely any Skinheads left in UK, too many funerals and 'we really should meet up again in better times'

Well since then people have travelled the globe for that better weekend and we've had marriages, children and sparked a massive regrowth of the Subculture worldwide. Introducing many bands, mixing genres , discovering new, digging up old. Against all the abuse and hate aimed our way. We are still standing .. All Skinheads are welcome and friends , come with faith in your heart and a smile on your face

mad3_official

Mad3 all the way from Japan to bring their musical flavour, this is the wild card act, I am personally very keen to see how the Japanese do it. Very popular act in Japan and truely love British Subculture music.

TEAR UP .. fresh out of HMP Jamie has decided to knuckledown and focus on his band, which is becoming a force in British street punk. The new Cockney Rejects from Watford. At Subcultz we released their debut album, a handful left here TEAR UP, PLAYGROUND POLITICS (Oi Band) CD Album

Western Mécanique

Hailing from France and Italy. This is a new band in the scene playing a brilliant ska reggae sound. Their first ever UK show

Exiles are a band from South London. During lockdown some of us were asked to do a radio play for the very sick and highly talented Phil Robinson a fictional comedy play about a punk band that had its songs stolen by a boy band that got rich. Sadly the play was not completed and Phil very sadly recently died from his long term illness, so the band are performing in honour and memorial

Don't forget a huge list of the best DJ's in the scene and our 2nd venue The Skaboozer dedicated for vinyl junkies spinning early 60's Reggae up to now.

Our regular Thursday beach BBQ and DJ night pre party

The great Skinhead reunion is a celebration of the best Subculture ever created which you are all a part of Everyone
